VCA is the global leader in pet health. They have the largest network and most skilled hospital staffs. But their size was also their challenge. The company consists of thousands of hospital locations across four categories of care – and each offers their own unique local experience. This work sought to create a strategic and organized brand architecture, unify all locations under one universal, clearly expressed parent brand, embrace the differences and nuances of each category of care, and honor each individual hospital’s own identity.
